Our 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee

Try up to 10 strips from one tin within 30 days of delivery. If it's not right for you, request a refund. Once your return is approved and received, we'll refund the full price of your first order.

Yes, opened tins are covered. You can't try a strip without opening the tin. Use up to 10 strips, then send the opened tin back with at least 20 of its 30 strips still inside. Tins with fewer than 20 strips left aren't eligible.

Bought a 2-pack or 3-pack? Only open one tin. Once your return is approved, send back the opened tin (with at least 20 strips inside) and all unopened tins. You pay the return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your full order.

How to get your refund

  1. Email help@munchiestrip.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the email you used at checkout, and your answers to these two questions:

    • How many nights did you use Munchies Strip?

    • What didn't work for you?

  2. Wait for approval. We'll reply within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address. Every refund requires a return. Please don't ship anything until you have your RA number. Packages that arrive without one may be refused and won't be refunded.

  3. Ship your return within 7 days of approval. Send back your opened tin (with at least 20 strips inside), any unopened tins and any free gifts. Write your RA number on the outside of the package. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of the date we approved it, or the approval expires.

  4. Get your refund. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

Condition of returned tins

  • Your opened tin must come back with at least 20 of its 30 strips still inside, in its original Munchies Strip tin. We count the strips when it arrives.

  • Only one opened tin per order is covered. Any other tins must be unopened, sealed and in their original Munchies Strip packaging.

  • Tins that have been tampered with, or contain added, swapped or non-Munchies Strip strips, don't qualify.

  • We inspect every return when it arrives. Returns that don't meet these conditions aren't refunded.

Free gifts

Free gifts that came with your order (like Energy Strips) must be returned unopened with your unopened tins. If a free gift is opened or isn't returned, its retail value of $[gift value] is deducted from your refund.

What's covered

  • Your first order from Munchies Strip, including any add-ons in that order.

  • One guarantee per customer and per household. We check name, email, phone number, shipping address and payment method. A second claim from the same household, even under a different name or account, isn't covered.

What's not covered

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Requests without the two return-form answers.

  • Returns shipped without an approved RA number, or postmarked more than 7 days after approval.

  • Opened tins with fewer than 20 strips left, empty tins, or opened tins that aren't returned.

  • More than one opened tin per order. Only the first opened tin is covered; additional opened tins aren't refunded.

  • Returned tins that are tampered with or not in their original packaging.

  • Repeat orders after you or your household have already used the guarantee.

  • Return shipping costs. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't refunded.

  • Tins that are lost in transit on the way back to us. Use a tracked service to protect your return.

  • Subscription shipments after your first one. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date from your account, or by emailing us. Shipments that have already been processed can't be refunded.

Abuse and chargebacks

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or the guarantee if we see repeated claims, multiple accounts, misuse or other abuse of this policy.

  • If you file a chargeback after you've already been refunded, or for an order that doesn't qualify under this policy, we'll dispute it with documentation and may refuse future orders from you.

  • Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 2 business days.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo if you can. We'll send a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. This doesn't use up your guarantee.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or it shows delivered but you don't have it, email us and we'll help.
