Refund/Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to request a refund, please review our policy below:

🛑 Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to our company address in its original, unopened packaging with all contents included.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are missing components will not be eligible for a refund.

📦 Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact us at kanaricases@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

✅ Refund Approval

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requested after 30 days from the purchase date

  • Opened or used items

  • Packages missing original contents

  • Returns sent without prior approval
