3. Orders & Payment Authorization

4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Carrier: USPS
We ship to the United States and Canada.
Canada Orders (DDU)
All Canadian shipments are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
Customers are responsible for:

Brokerage fees
Failure to pay customs fees resulting in returned packages does not qualify for free reshipment.
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery confirmation.
5. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
To qualify:

Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Product must be returned (opened returns accepted).

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
No restocking fees apply.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

Policy abuse

Excessive refund history

Returned products not received
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after product inspection.
6. Subscription Terms
We offer a 30-day subscription option.
By enrolling:

You commit to the first 30-day billing cycle.

After the first cycle, you may cancel at any time.

Subscription cancellations must be requested via customer support before the next billing date.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in the next charge being processed.
We do not offer prorated refunds for subscription renewals.
7. Aggressive Anti-Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes breach of these Terms.

If a chargeback is deemed fraudulent, we reserve the right to:
